Patty
Patty is the Office Manager who keeps track of every case in the office. Patty is willing to help you with any questions or concerns involving the progress of your case.
Patty keeps track of the cases as you complete all recommended treatment and we begin settlement negotiations. She keeps track of the offers coming in and tracks any liens that are outstanding. Patty also speaks fluent Spanish. Call Patty for any updates or questions you have while your case is ongoing.
Wanda
Wanda is our Legal Secretary who will assist with intake when you come in for the first time or are dropping off paperwork. She works closely with your file by keeping track of it through the various stages. She will request your medical records and bills, send out any bills we receive for payment, and correspond with the insurance company with case updates.
You will meet Wanda when you first walk into the Cava Law Firm office. She is always happy to help in any way that she can. If you have any questions regarding your case, please contact Wanda for assistance.
Meridith
Meridith is our Prelitigation Paralegal. She will handle all pre-suit communications and assist in drafting the demand package we send to the insurance company adjuster for potential settlement. Meridith also works on organizing your file once you complete your treatment.
You may meet Meridith when you first come to Cava Law Firm as she is vital in initial intakes. She also is the person who will answer any case questions you have if you call into the office. If you ever have any questions on your file, Meridith is always happy to help.
Debbie
Debbie is our Litigation Paralegal — a vital component of our trial team. She assists our attorneys in preparing your case to be filed for court litigation. Debbie supports the attorneys with litigation discovery, motion drafting and keeping track of all the litigation files at the various stages. Debbie also helps with drafting court documents for worker compensations claims and probate estates.
