“I really enjoy helping people. In personal injury and accident cases, I can help a person get back on their feet and recover from the losses or setbacks they’ve suffered. In criminal cases, I help people when they have made mistakes or need an attorney to fight the injustice of being wrongfully accused. Serving my clients in these ways is deeply gratifying.”
When it comes to choosing a lawyer, clients know that Attorney Cava-Foreman is aggressive, passionate, and focused on winning. She always stands firmly behind her client and will use her keen legal knowledge to negotiate and litigate effectively.
“I can be tough and make my client’s legal points, but I also maintain the compassion I have for advocating for my clients and their needs.”
Attorney Cava-Foreman cares deeply for her community and stays involved. She has been a speaker at Western New England School of Law to encourage students. She judged Moot Court for the University of Massachusetts Competitions. She has also volunteered at Holyoke Children’s Museum and the Junior Achievement of Western Massachusetts.
“Living in and growing up in Hampden County has been a wonderful experience. I am from both Hampden and Wilbraham. I enjoyed walking to the center of town with my friends as a kid and playing sports through the town and schools. When I moved to Boston for college, the grass and trees are what I missed the most, along with seeing the stars at night.”
When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. She loves to travel, especially to warm places. She and her husband are certified scuba divers, and she’s an avid runner, competing in 5K, 10K, and half marathons in New England. She’s a certified spinning instructor and teaches at a local gym, and she also loves music.
